The Lean Startup Book

I just started reading a book by Eric Ries called "The Lean Startup" after hearing him talk on This Week in Startups podcast.  So far I'm impressed by his outlook on how to "manage" entrepreneurship.  Looking to see how this applies to our not so small organization.
